Udyog Bhavan is a 16-story high-rise building designed for the Government of Maharashtra. It has the latest amenities, spans approximately 2.5 lakh sq. ft. with a 400-seater Auditorium, and an estimated project cost of INR 85 Cr. The building will be fully furnished and air-conditioned meeting the highest standards of quality and comfort.
Additionally we have constructed three government staff quarter buildings housing, 240 families with a total area of 1.8 lakh sq. ft., 2 of the 3 buildings are handed over to 160 families with OC.
The office building is currently under construction.
