Challenge

The project construction of 8 Lakh sq. ft. costing INR 320 Cr. including a state of the art Govt. office building with 400-seater Auditorium achieved no progress due to regulation changes before starting the project, and heavy opposition from Govt. workers, resulting in replanning. The land was fully occupied by 240 Govt. staff and a primary school.

Solution

We acquired new approvals and effectively coordinated with 3 Govt departments and the locals to vacate the entire plot. Then, we constructed and handed over two staff quarters buildings for the residents at another location. We also resolved the plot area issues and set the project back on track.

Result

Today the redevelopment is underway at full swing, with 60% of the project now complete. 1 Tower is complete; the other three towers will be ready in two years.
