After stepping in, we achieved closure to access issues with the authorities. We also settled issues amicably with the slum dwellers, vacated the entire plot, obtained necessary permits, and commenced the construction of the Sale and Rehab building with 2,50,000 sq. ft. area and project cost of INR 300 Cr.
