Headway co-ordinated with the Society and Developer to resolve legal and financial issues due to large scale changes in regulations like CRZ, DCR and taxation.
We acted in the capacity of approvals and design development consulting as well as project management for the Developers for the 1,50,000 sq. ft. construction. Project cost was envisaged at INR 180 Cr. The IOD, Commencement Certificate was obtained and thereafter we had entirely modified the plan as per revised regulations.
Headway was instrumental in aligning the interests of the Society and Developer and make the development mutually beneficial.
